Job Title:

Senior Transformation Program Lead

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee a complex, multi-year transformation program, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence.

This role requires leadership from the front with confidence, decisiveness, and ownership.

They will manage competing priorities, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs, preferably with Salesforce CRM systems or customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, and performance tracking across all projects.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership on program objectives.
  • Manage program-level dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize outcomes.
  • Drive the adoption of program tracking and reporting, enhancing visibility and accountability.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM systems, digital solutions, and process improvements.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Advocate for program management best practices, coaching teams and fostering a culture of structured execution.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in program management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile frameworks.

They must demonstrate proficiency in managing project governance, risk assessment, and resource allocation at a program level.

Experience using project tracking tools is highly valued, as it will allow the candidate to optimize workflows, integrate the platform across teams, and drive visibility and accountability.

They should produce clear, effective documentation and adapt presentation formats to suit the audience and decision at hand.

Beyond technical expertise, this role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical audiences.
