This is a dual-role opportunity involving business development and account management, with a focus on expanding the client base and delivering innovative solutions through digital transformation.

About the Position

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and building strong ties with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with service offerings and industry trends.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions.
  • B uild strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • D eliver tailored presentations, proposals, and solution demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT consulting or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative.
  • Familiarity with data science, customer experience, automation, cloud, IoT, and fintech technologies.
