Sales Director - Prescription Business Leader

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for the pharmaceutical field? We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our team of Medical Scientific Liaisons and drive growth in our prescription business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Medical Scientific Liaisons to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the prescription business through general practitioners and pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and pharmacy networks.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong understanding of the prescription business landscape, including general practitioners and pharmacies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
