As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategies that maximize lead generation and conversion of MICE business. Your expertise will be essential in managing business from agreed segments across certain markets, including corporate companies, government, and entertainment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve hotel targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Managing existing client and account relationships to retain and develop business.
  • Researching new business opportunities to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through competitor analysis and market research.
  • Providing market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and service vision.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a high standard of grooming and presentation.
