Are you a strategic leader with experience in managing regional teams? Do you have a background in healthcare sales and commercial acumen?

This leadership role involves leading a team of regional managers, developing strategies for the healthcare sector, and analyzing opportunities and risks. A strong focus on territory management is essential.

  • Leading Execution Strategy:

Work closely with key stakeholders to create and implement national channel and customer strategy, deploying and monitoring field force execution.

  • Manage Regional Managers in development, execution, and follow-up of regional business plans.
  • Co-create annual plans with key stakeholders, translating them into clear objectives and KPIs for the field team and Regional Managers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Health-related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in nutrition.
  • Proven commercial acumen through numeracy and data analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
