Global Healthcare Strategist

Key to our organisation's success is the implementation, adoption and utilisation of our prostate cancer portfolio. We seek a Director, Global Implementation to oversee this strategy in our Melbourne team.
This role entails:
- Implementation of prostate cancer initiatives: Manage the global and national implementation of board-approved prostate cancer initiatives to achieve business plan goals for research, sexual health and wellbeing, clinical quality, personalised cancer care and health equity.
- Team leadership and management: Directly manage market-specific Implementation Directors, guide and mentor team members as required.
- Business Leadership: Effective communication with Prostate Cancer leadership teams, Institute leaders, Country Directors and other leadership forums.
The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate degree qualified in health, health services or related disciplines, strong background and understanding of prostate cancer, and 10+ years experience in program implementation and scaling in healthcare.
Responsibilities may include:
- Developing strategic plans and recommendations for implementing prostate cancer initiatives.
- Mentoring team members and providing guidance on best practices.
- Representing the organisation at industry events and conferences.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
