About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Shellharbour area.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, providing essential care and support to enable them to live independently at home for longer.

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with our customers and their families to deliver high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assistance with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and shopping.
  • Provide social support and companionship to our customers, helping to maintain their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with transportation to appointments and activities, ensuring our customers can stay connected with their community.
  • Support customers with complex care needs, including dementia and other conditions, requiring specialized care and attention.
Requirements
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Previous experience in care or support work, although certification or qualification is not necessary.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
