Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Shoalhaven. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, helping with meal preparation and shopping, and providing social support and access to lifestyle activities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of our customers to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Providing Personal Care: Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Social Support: Providing emotional support and companionship to our customers
  • Transportation: Transporting customers to appointments and providing social support during these outings
Requirements
  • Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
