Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services to customers, ensuring they receive the best solution for their needs.
  • Engage with customers through effective communication, empathy, and understanding to resolve their enquiries and concerns.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, demonstrating confidence and resilience in de-escalating grievances.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work full-time, with a minimum of 2 days per week working from home.
  • Must be able to attend our 5-week paid training program.
  • Must be based in Adelaide to be eligible for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and resolve customer issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fixed internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup required.
