About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing a range of customer service activities, including telephone answering, result enquiry services, and general enquiries.

About You

  • You will have excellent telephone manner and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • You will be able to work under limited supervision and have a proven track record of providing quality customer service in a busy environment.
  • You will have knowledge of customer service issues and be able to apply this knowledge to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Essential Requirements

  • You will need to have a current National Police Clearance (NPC).
