Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated leader to inspire and drive our retail team to achieve excellence in customer interactions and store operations.

The ideal candidate will embody a strong leadership mindset, challenging the norm and fostering a positive work environment where team members can develop and thrive.

Key responsibilities include ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, optimising store profitability through strategic planning, and training and mentoring team members to work towards goals.

The role requires experience in managing large teams, driving KPIs, and effectively managing rosters and wage control.

As a manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, achieving operational efficiency, and growing the business.

In this leadership role, you will have opportunities to progress across all areas of the business, including Retail, Support Office, and Distribution Centre.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in retail management
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing large teams
  • Proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks, and overall expectations
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
