About the Role

As a Sales and Customer Service Manager at Beacon Lighting, you will play a crucial role in driving incremental sales improvements across all sales channels. This includes retail, trade, and design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and complete our comprehensive management development training program to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, fostering strong relationships with our valued partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
  • Maintain the presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Induct new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their successful integration into the team.
About You
  • You will possess 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A current driver's license, enabling you to travel to different locations as required.
