The Role

We're currently seeking a talented Retail Sales Manager to join our team at our Cannon Hill store. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving incremental sales improvements in all our sales channels, including retail, trade, and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in retail, trade, and design channels
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
  • A current driver's license

Location

This full-time role is based at our Cannon Hill store, where you'll work 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum.
