Job Description

As a key contributor to our organization, you will drive consumer lending acquisition by connecting with customers and devising appropriate lending solutions.

You will work autonomously, tailoring your approach to achieve a true work-life balance while consistently meeting achievable KPIs.

This is a permanent full-time position working across the Sydney Metro Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and self-generate revenue growth
  • Implement strategies that achieve continued growth and meet set KPIs
  • Utilize financial management, business acumen, and risk framework knowledge to inform lending decisions
  • Develop and maintain high levels of lending knowledge and credit analysis skills
  • Exceed customer expectations through an understanding of their individual financial needs
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of prospecting for new business and generating revenue growth
  • Strong ability to implement and execute strategies that achieve growth and meet KPIs
  • Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework principles
  • Highly developed lending knowledge and credit analysis skills
  • Ability to exceed customer expectations through an understanding of their individual financial needs
