Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lending Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage broking and non-bank lending, with the ability to support brokers and drive growth through our specialized loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of broker relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on non-bank lending solutions, including low doc, SMSF, and non-conforming loans.
  • Assess loan applications and ensure compliance with lending criteria.
  • Collaborate with brokers to structure deals that meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes in the non-bank lending space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage broking or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with non-bank lending products (e.g., low doc, SMSF, non-conforming loans).
  • Strong understanding of the Australian lending landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with mortgage managers or non-bank lenders.
  • Existing network of broker relationships.
  • Certification in finance or mortgage broking
  • Mandarin speaking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,186.26 – $106,513.55 per year
