Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Lending Solutions Specialist to join our team.

  • Focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the lending process from initial inquiry to funding.
  • Conducting high-quality, needs-based conversations to understand client requirements.
  • Processing client requests efficiently, meeting deadlines where possible.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve errors or discrepancies.
  • Driving continuous process improvement, exceeding service quality standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in lending or client services.
  • Degree qualification in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt to change and handle challenging tasks.
