Your Role

As a Strata Manager - Community Liaison, you will cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, providing guidance to shape the community's future.
  • Financial Management: Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the support of our specialized departments.
  • Legislative Compliance: Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager with at least 2 years' experience and knowledge of commercial portfolios. You should be able to communicate complex legislation to stakeholders and possess excellent relationship-building skills.
