We Need:
Experience: Individuals who aspire to further develop their 2+ years’ strata management experience.

An individual who is proactive and comfortable presenting advice based on current legislation to clients.

Relationship Management: Focus on managing client expectations in the best interests of the owners in the schemes.

Apt complaints resolution through prompt follow up and resolution of issues.

Client Service Management: Prepare and maintain documents and records related to schemes using strata information systems such as notices, meeting agendas etc.

Compliance & Risk Management: accountability to ensure insurance renewals, claims and levies are filed prior to deadlines.

To be considered, you must have;
Permanent residency in Australia

Certificate or registration and completed or working towards completing Certificate IV Strata management.

Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken

A keen eye for detail & quality

Ability to follow, be a team player & work autonomously.

Be resilient and remain calm in a high volume fast paced environment.
