We have opportunities in our strata assistant team in our Central Sydney office
**The Role**:
Working closely with our team of Strata Managers on their portfolio of schemes, your tasks will include but not limited to:
- Composing documentation such as correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes
- Arranging work orders, liaising with contractors & committee members
- Scheme key management
- General day to day administration

**Experience**: Individuals who aspire to further develop their career in strata.
Can make timely decisions related to their assigned portfolio.
**Relationship Management**: Focus on managing client expectations in the best interests of the owners in the schemes.
Apt complaints resolution through the implementation of action plans
**Client Service Management**:Prepare and maintain documents and records related to schemes using strata information systems.
**Compliance & Risk Management**:accountability to ensure insurance renewals, claims and levies are filed prior to deadlines.
**To be considered, you must have;**
Permanent residency in Australia
Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken
A keen eye for detail & quality
Ability to follow, be a team player & work autonomously
Be resilient and remain calm in a high volume fast paced environment
