Are you an experienced Accounts professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? **Role and Responsibilities**:
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and enhancement of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Collaborating with the Body Corporate team to ensure financial goals and KPIs are met.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to financial matters.
- Utilising your advanced Microsoft Suite skills to generate financial data, create reports, and enhance process efficiency.
- Contributing to the achievement of KPIs and targets, with the opportunity to earn a $10,000 bonus based on performance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Previous experience in Body Corporate or similar roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial management within the context of strata management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in productions of financial data reports, perform analyses, and create insightful reports.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.
- A dedication to achieving and exceeding KPIs, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

**Benefits**:

- An annual salary of up to $65,000 plus superannuation.
- Performance-based bonus of $10,000 based on the fulfillment of KPIs and targets.
