Senior Manager Stormwater Design

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Design Leader to drive the delivery of high-quality stormwater and civil design services.
About the Role:This is a key leadership position that will lead the engineering design team to ensure all projects meet quality, budget, and time requirements.
The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and authorization of civil stormwater designs in line with professional standards and legislative obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing engineering design team.
- Oversee project delivery and ensure adherence to quality, budget, and time requirements.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare strategic plans, technical reports, and policy documents.
- Degree in Civil Engineering with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and NER registration.
- Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in stormwater design and cost estimation.
- High-level proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS, HEC-RAS, XP-RAFTS, TUFLOW, and MUSIC.
