Stormwater Design Expert

Our consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead and contribute to the delivery of stormwater management and urban development projects. This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and execution of complex stormwater systems for major transport and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing stormwater quantity and quality using MUSIC, DRAINS, and 12D software.
  • Developing earthworks designs and drainage plans for subdivisions, commercial, and industrial estates.
  • Managing stormwater management for large-scale projects.
  • Preparing technical reports on code compliance, SBMPs, and flood investigations.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and authorities, including Urban Utilities, councils, and government agencies.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stormwater design and drainage systems across urban, commercial, and industrial projects. Required skills include hands-on experience with MUSIC, DRAINS, 12D, and civil reporting, as well as a track record of liaising with authorities and managing approval processes.
