Client Support Coordinator

The Client Support Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the sales teams in delivering revenue by providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Process orders and coordinate media schedules to ensure timely and accurate execution of media campaigns.
- Deliver successful client campaigns and facilitate administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Measure client satisfaction through feedback surveys, ratings, and testimonials.
- Monitor response and resolution times to demonstrate proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Assess order processing efficiency and accuracy, including order entry, confirmation, and tracking.
- Track client retention rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with media schedules and placements for advertising campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and complete data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Complete administrative tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Solicit feedback from the frontline sales team on the support provided.
- Experience in providing administrative support to sales teams, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.
- Ability to generate reports, create presentations, and manage data in spreadsheet and presentation formats.
