Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team at DCL Recruitment. As a key member of our Client Services Team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and contribute to the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and warm engagement with clients through phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Manage daily office logistics, including diary management, client bookings, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with the preparation and management of client review reporting
  • Update and maintain client records in our CRM system
  • Perform daily general office duties and participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Above-average customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Deadline-driven with high attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with the ability to multitask across a wide range of responsibilities

Working Arrangements
