At Compass Education, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and training to our clients. This will involve coordinating and conducting high-quality product demonstrations and training sessions, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers for training and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate and conduct high-quality onsite product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Provide a high level of support for customers transitioning from other products.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to implement configuration changes and product enhancements.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to become an expert in complex software packages.
  • Ability to travel across New South Wales periodically.
