We are Compass Education, a leading provider of smart school management solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and training to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to clients through various mediums, including video calls, face-to-face training, and webinars.
  • Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to both small and large audiences.
  • Collaborate with our Product team to implement configuration changes and product enhancements.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the development of new products and marketing strategies.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to make referrals to peer schools.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent team-working and interpersonal skills, who is passionate about education and customer support. You will also need:

  • Excellent public speaking skills and high-level written communication.
  • An enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly attitude.
  • A proven ability to become an expert in complex software packages.
  • Willingness and availability to travel across New South Wales periodically.
