About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Coordinator to join our Brand & Marketing team in Sydney or Melbourne on a 12-month full-time parental leave contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be graduate who is detail-oriented, loves streamlining processes, and wants hands-on experience in a global professional services firm.

As the Client Insights and CRM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Insights and Content Manager by managing the daily operations of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and assisting with related digital marketing platforms.

Our CRM system stores key information about our clients and prospects, helping us build strong relationships. By keeping this data accurate and well-organised, you will support our Legal, Business Development, and Marketing teams in delivering impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the effectiveness of the CRM by ensuring information in the database is kept accurate and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to standardise processes, automate, and improve efficiencies where possible.
  • Coordinate account setup and training for new users.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Insights & Digital Consultant where required on website and e-marketing platform campaigns, and coordinate improvements between the CRM and e-marketing platform.
  • Support the firm's use of the CRM through systems architecture, reporting and contact categorisation.
  • Support Marketing and Business Development teams by providing CRM insights for strategic initiatives.
  • Make updates to website content and e-marketing campaigns as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience with databases (including CRM Databases) highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Exposure to HTML email distribution software would be advantageous
  • An understanding of direct marketing initiatives (B2B, including email marketing, event management and social media (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a professional services firm or other corporate environment (preferred but not essential)
