Key Responsibilities- Clean, prepare and maintain guest rooms.
- Clean hotel public areas and back-of-house areas.
- Restock supplies such as towels and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
- Handle complaints and special requests to keep every guest happy.
- Check that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assist the team during busy periods.
- Educate all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets, and drive productivity.
