Services Manager Position Description


This role is designed for an accomplished individual to manage our dynamic services in Stirling, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and fostering effective representation of the organisation within key partnership forums.

The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, guaranteeing they meet and exceed regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves assisting the Area Manager in developing and implementing strategic planning aligned with continual development in practice and policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service users, families, and community partners.
  • Assist the Area Manager in creating and implementing strategic plans that drive organisational growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering results-driven outcomes in a care setting.
  • Hold a relevant qualification, such as SVQ level 4 in Care/Management or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate expertise in supporting individuals with diverse support needs, including physical disabilities, mental health issues, and autism.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve organisational goals.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be proficient in using computers and associated software applications.
