About the Role:

">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rostering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our rostering department, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Pathology Collector Network.

Your primary focus will be on mentoring and managing the Rostering Officer team to work towards shared organisational goals and strategy. You will oversee the rostering of approximately 2000 collectors, plan rosters to be available 6 weeks in advance of the current date, and ensure timely and accurate data entry within UKG (Kronos) to ensure accurate rostering based on employee skills and client requirements.

You will also participate in testing updates on UKG (Kronos) functions, implement new systems updates including updating procedures and workflows, and develop innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency.

About You:

">

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in rostering, ideally with experience working your way up from a Rostering Officer position. You will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage successful and engaged teams.

You will also have a proven track record of implementing process improvements and system updates, as well as being proficient in electronic rostering systems, including UKG (Kronos Time & Attendance).
