Service Leadership Opportunity


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our management team in the Stirling area. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the strategic development and management of existing services.

You will ensure that our organisation is effectively represented within key partnership forums and assist the Area Manager in developing and implementing strategic planning aligned with continual development in practice and policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to individuals with diverse needs.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external partners.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
  • Assisting the Area Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service performance and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in leadership and management roles within the care sector.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as SVQ level 4 in Care/Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider management team.
