We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth, innovation, and collaboration across various maritime sectors in Queensland. As our Regional Maritime Executive QLD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of WSP's National Maritime team.

About the Role

  • Growing and leading the Queensland Maritime business, including involvement in key pursuits and projects
  • Strong leadership of our QLD Maritime team, including strategic planning, resourcing, staff development, and growth
  • Contribution to the overall national Maritime business strategy, forecasting, and performance
  • Driving client relationships and project outcomes through a deep understanding of market needs and proven ability to deliver successful results
  • Facilitating collaboration across the business beyond Maritime, including Mining, Energy, Freight, and Defence as required

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in professional service delivery, advisory, or engineering fields
  • Established many years of experience in Maritime industry consulting with proven delivery and business development across large multi-disciplinary projects
  • Excellent leadership skills and existing relationships with key maritime clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders
  • Proactive collaboration skills and proven ability to work cross-business to drive outstanding results
  • Experience driving business profit and loss outcomes and successful commercial positions on projects
  • A commitment to growing and fostering a diverse and inclusive team

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
