About the Role

The Portfolio Development Manager - Home Loan Expert plays a pivotal role in supporting portfolio management, product changes, regulatory obligations, and compliance activities across multiple divisions. This position requires close collaboration with Product Managers and Stakeholders to drive process and product improvement from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement home loan initiatives to support retail products, including pricing movements, terms and conditions changes, remediation, and regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Lead and develop data-driven communications and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a deep knowledge of retail banking products and business processes, including lending platforms and related software systems. Previous experience in Project Management is desired, preferably with Lean Six Sigma black belt accreditation.

You will possess a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations, with demonstrated experience in developing lifecycle communications and procedures. Your previous experience working with policies, procedures, and processes for financial services products will be advantageous, as well as proficiency in programs such as Message Media, T24, PEGA, FinnOne, CRS, MyClient, Valex, and Basware.
