Job Overview:

Seeking an Experienced AV Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Audio Visual Support Officer to join our team.

This 9-month contract, with possible extension, requires the successful candidate to be an Australian Citizen holding a Baseline Clearance.

The role involves supporting audio visual equipment and staff using the equipment, as well as providing administrative support to programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support audio visual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Provide effective communication while responding to stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical skills in the use of audio visual equipment.
  • Experience in supporting audio visual equipment and staff.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, particularly with corporate systems and multimedia technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and operate professionally.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Understanding of, and ability to contribute to the preparation of reports, documents, and plans.
  • Experience with Crestron control and digital media, Q-SYS audio DSP, and Teams room video conferencing would be advantageous.
