Audio Visual Support Role

This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional audio visual support services. You will operate under the direction of the AECCC Watch Keeper and assist with providing general support and level 1 audio visual services to the AEC Command Centre.

The successful candidate will engage with AECCC staff and colleagues across the AEC to ensure that the administrative functions of the Command Centre operate efficiently. During Election Mode, the AECCC hours of operation will be extended outside standard business hours and staff may be required to work across shifts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice for all audio-visual within the Command Centre (training will be provided)
  • Assist in the remediation of any issues regarding audio and visual within the Command Centre, Media Hub, Landing Zone, Secure Room and Rapid Response Room
  • Ensure that audio and visual devices are operational prior to meetings within the above-mentioned rooms
  • Communicate with other audio-visual specialists to request assistance when required.

About the Team: The AEC Command Centre operates in three modes: Watch Mode, Election Mode and Incident Mode. The team requires individuals who can work collaboratively, think critically and respond professionally to stakeholder needs and expectations.
