AUDIO VISUAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support for all audio-visual equipment within our Command Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice for all audio-visual equipment within the Command Centre.
  • Assist in the remediation of any issues regarding audio and visual equipment.
  • Ensure that audio and visual devices are operational prior to meetings.
  • Communicate with other specialists to request assistance when required.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the Command Centre.
  • Provide administration support to the Command Centre.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical skills in the use of audio visual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Experience in supporting audio visual equipment and staff using the equipment.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, in particular with corporate systems and multimedia technologies.
  • Proven ability to act with discretion and integrity in managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative support to programs.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively whilst responding to stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
