The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to collaborate with our local team and learn from our global network.

You will manage and drive our strategy expertise and be someone who is familiar with the Australian landscape.

  • Build the bridge between brands and consumers
  • Implement end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, auditing, understanding consumer behaviors, and trend analysis
  • Develop distinct and differentiated audience segmentations that are connected to strategic decisions
  • Keen sense of developing strategy solutions, from brand strategy to tactical social, content, tone of voice documents, and influencer strategies
  • Support teams to craft social content, outreach, caption banks, and trendjacking posts with ease
  • Well-versed in leveraging VaynerMedia tools, research, and platforms to perform content audits and provide holistic success measurement frameworks
  • Deck crafter - someone that can detail out ideas and insights that are clear and can sell
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as a strategist in a creative advertising agency, min 2 years AUS market
  • Ability to deliver work independently on all tasks and achieves results at pace with energy and drive
  • Active participation and leadership in collaborative sessions with clients and teams
  • Strong sense of priority level and urgency; ability to act on critical differences
  • Management of ongoing performance of different tasks or projects, and internal processes for quality assurance
  • Tackling challenges in a responsive and constructive way
  • Fostering positive internal communication and collaboration with clients and teams
  • Providing clear, professional, timely, and helpful information to the team or external clients and partners
