About Our Senior Brand Strategist Role

At our organisation, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our project teams, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and developing strategies that shape client recommendations.

We're seeking someone with strong research, critical thinking, and communication skills who can contribute to rigorous analysis and drive business growth through brand innovation engagements.

Your expertise will help us create compelling presentations of insights and recommendations, lead other strategists, and collaborate with our studio to bring new brands to market.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams to identify business problems, facilitate workshops, and develop solutions that drive success.

We value your ability to link corporate and brand strategy, translate that strategy beyond campaigns, and push work forward across groups and disciplines.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have a working knowledge of brand-building blocks, including purpose, value proposition, brand architecture, positioning, and messaging.
  • Able to perform primary research and/or manage a research partner across quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • Experience with market survey tools such as Google Analytics, Kantar, and Roy Morgan.
  • Strong collaboration, ownership, and ability to work across groups and disciplines.
  • Innately curious and comfortable with ambiguity.
