Key Role in Transforming Education with Video

We're looking for a driven individual to join our team and play a key role in transforming education through the power of video. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to empowering teachers and captivating students around the world.

About the Job

The successful candidate will drive the utilisation of video to transform traditional education in the New Zealand market. They will be responsible for leading growth as we expand our impact, combining office time with work-from-home flexibility, and quarterly travel to New Zealand to connect with educators, deliver product demos, and represent our brand at events and meetings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Growing the New Zealand education market by engaging new schools and expanding our brand presence.
  • Launching and promoting our newest product tailored for schools across the region.
  • Developing a strategy and territory plan to prospect for new business meetings using their energy and creativity.
  • Prospecting calls and other activity to establish meaningful contact.
  • Understanding customer needs fully and articulating the relevant benefits of our platform.
  • Building and managing a pipeline that will result in targets being met or exceeded.
  • Identifying the correct influencers and decision-makers within each opportunity.
  • Managing our CRM database and providing accurate reports.
  • Attending events, creating bespoke campaigns, and acting as a brand advocate for our company.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years' sales experience, ideally in SaaS or education.
  • Experience in teaching, education, or Ed-tech in the New Zealand landscape is an advantage.
  • A track record of winning new business and developing markets from scratch, ideally with experience or knowledge of the New Zealand market and its education landscape.
  • Confident communication skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Time and territory management experience, including managing New Zealand as a region.
  • A self-starter with successful sales development at multiple levels within an organisation.
  • Target-driven and genuinely a team player.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse sales metrics to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Experience with CRM database management is beneficial.
