Advocate Lead

As a Customer Advocate, you will ensure fair outcomes for road users by being an independent voice in operation, service design, and governance of toll roads.
Key skills include communication, problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution to foster satisfaction and service experiences that transform lives of motorists and community.
This role requires expertise in customer advocacy to provide support to customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide support to resolve issues. This may involve developing and implementing process improvements, providing training and guidance to staff, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Additionally, this role will contribute to the development of customer advocacy initiatives and strategies to enhance customer experience. This will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
