The Role: Transformation Leader

As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing several high-impact projects, including managing senior stakeholders, driving governance, and delivering value across a range of initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with various departments such as People and Technology to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Oversee System Transformation Projects:
    • Workforce Time Capture System: Consolidate multiple time & attendance systems into a single, streamlined solution. Support the ongoing execution of this 12+ month project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Payroll System Replacement: Oversee the end-of-life replacement of the payroll system, ensuring a seamless assessment of alternative solutions and the progression of the implementation throughout 2025.
    • People Systems Remediation: Ensure the rationalization of job profiles and facilitate the broader change management activities within the program.
    • BAU Initiatives: Take a hands-on approach to critical and confidential projects within the BAU portfolio, shaping and scaling initiatives into larger programs where necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management & Governance:
    • Prepare and facilitate portfolio governance forums (SteerCo, executive briefings, etc.) and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders including C-suite executives (CPO, CIO, COO, CFO).
    • Act as a key point of escalation for project issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparent communication and resolution.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with assigned Project Managers across the program, ensuring consistency in delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Provide mentorship, strategic direction, and thought leadership across the broader team to ensure successful outcomes.
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager managing large-scale transformation programs across System Transformation & Technology.
  • Expertise in time & attendance systems, payroll system replacements, and people systems (HR, job profiling, etc.).
  • Strong governance experience with the ability to prepare and lead SteerCo meetings, executive forums, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Hands-on experience managing confidential and critical Technology BAU initiatives and scaling them into larger programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence senior leadership across multiple business functions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complexity and drive results.
