Veterinary Care Specialist

About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care.
In addition, the nurse will be required to perform minor procedures when necessary, maintain the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment, and handle client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone.

About you
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- A minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in monitoring anaesthesia
- A calm and friendly attitude
- Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
