Emergency Vet Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Vet Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate veterinary nurse to take the next step in their career and provide high-quality emergency and critical care services to the community's beloved pets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly skilled in nursing care, with strong clinical knowledge and experience working in an emergency or critical care setting.   • Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill and injured animals.
  • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures and surgeries.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Perform diagnostic tests such as bloodwork, X-rays, and ultrasounds.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners and provide updates on their pet's condition and treatment plan.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' experience working as a veterinary nurse. A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential for success in this role.
