**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Account Development Specialist to join our team in Sydney or Wollongong. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in an accounts management role, with a passion for sales and customer service;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changing market conditions.
