PUBLIC RELATIONS ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Job Description:

This role is responsible for implementing ongoing pre-agreed activities involved in the day-to-day running of accounts. The key purpose of this position is to independently manage and drive the implementation of ongoing pre-agreed activity.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO GROW ACCOUNTS.
  • FACILITATE CONVERSATIONS TO MANAGE CLIENT EXPECTATIONS AND BUDGETS.
  • LEAD ANY PHASE OF THE PROJECT CYCLE, WORKING AUTONOMOUSLY WITH MINIMAL GUIDANCE FROM CLIENT LEADS.
  • DEVELOP AND OWN PROJECT TIMELINES, ENSURING TEAM MEMBERS DELIVER WORK ON TIME AND TO DEADLINE.
  • REPORT TO AND COMMUNICATE WITH THE CLIENT ON ALLOCATED TASKS AS APPROPRIATE.
  • CREATE POST-CAMPAIGN REPORTS WITH SUPPORT FROM THE TEAM.
  • SUPPORT OPTIMISATIONS ON CAMPAIGNS AND PROJECTS AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS TO CLIENTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON KEY LEARNINGS.
  • GUIDE AND SUPPORT JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS AS REQUIRED.
  • ENSURE QUALITY ASSURANCE OF ALL WORK INCLUDING CAPTURING CLIENT FEEDBACK ACCURATELY.
  • BUILD STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL TEAMS, VENDORS, AND CLIENTS.

  • AABILITY TO FORM STRONG INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS.
  • AABILITY TO SUPERVISE AND MOTIVATE THE WORK OF ACCOUNT STAFF.
  • AABILITY TO HANDLE AND MANAGE STRESSFUL SITUATIONS.
  • AABILITY TO MANAGE NUMEROUS PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
  • STRONG AILITY TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER PRESENTATIONS AND PITCHES TO CLIENTS.
  • AABILITY TO THINK CREATIVELY AND STRATEGICALLY.
