Job Opportunity:

Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers at national and site level to retain and grow market share while improving customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a willingness to perform a 'hands-on' role where customer contact and problem resolution are a major part of the job function, and the ability to identify new business opportunities within a growing customer base.

You will review weekly customer analytics to identify potential problem accounts and make recommendations to customers to deliver creative solutions to problems. Additionally, you will partner with customers to help them minimize losses and excess charges.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, passionate, and proactive with a strong ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team. Intermediate computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are also required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to drive growth and retention.
  • Provide superior customer service focused on added value and help customers understand their account data to quickly identify potential issues.
  • Analyze customer analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to minimize losses and optimize their supply chain operations.
