About the Role- You will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric growth plans, identifying opportunities for organic expansion and aligning with broader sales strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage product life cycles, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels to maximize profitability and reduce obsolete inventory.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar account management role, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Proven experience managing Tier 1 accounts, ideally within complex stakeholder environments.
- Industry experience or familiarity with uniform, apparel, or related sectors is highly desirable.
