Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Roster Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all rostering and scheduling tasks, ensuring timely and effective allocation of support workers to client needs and schedules.

This role requires exceptional people skills, passion for helping clients, and ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent time management, and calm, confident communication style.

Required Skills and Qualifications
