Roster Coordinator Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roster Coordinator to join our Disability Services Rostering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the rostering of services for our SDA's and Disability Direct Care clients.
As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. You will also coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements, handle scheduling conflicts, and make adjustments as necessary.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, communicate roster changes and updates to staff in a timely manner, monitor and report on staffing levels and attendance, and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communicate roster changes and updates to staff in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Disability or related discipline desired but not essential.
- Proven experience in roster coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
