Join Our Team as a Technical Time Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Time Writer to join our Energy division in Darwin. As a key member of our Work Pack Management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our Permit and Work Order Tracker, ensuring seamless data entry and management of daily time confirmations, measurement documentation, and corrective work notifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our Permit and Work Order Tracker to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Enter daily time confirmations for ongoing and completed work orders into SAP, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Enter measurement documentation into SAP, maintaining high standards of data quality and accuracy.
  • Create corrective work notifications for planned maintenance work orders, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Liaise with the execution team on work pack and work order completion status and issues, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Scan and upload work packs to SAP, ensuring efficient and secure data management.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated administrative and data entry experience, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and produce high-quality work, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Flexibility to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
